1 Introduction
1.1 This Regulation of provision of services (hereinafter — Regulation) regulates provision of an opportunity for everyone to take part in a project to create conditions for planting oaks around the world.
1.2 This Regulation may be amended, but the website shall always display the latest and actualized version, and its provisions shall apply to the services, provided within its term of action.
1.3 Any visit to, view of, registration on the website, and payment of contributions and donations using the website means that you are acquainted with this Regulation, understand its content and accept its provisions.
2 Description
2.1 Through the oakplanet.org website the Association offers a dynamic online oaks database, with the help of which, upon an inquiry, completed by the client in a special reservation form, the website displays all options for facilitate oak planting at the time of inquiry.
2.2 The information displayed on our website upon the client’s inquiry as to promoting oak planting is for information only and cannot be used for any other purpose.
2.3 For each particular inquiry, at any particular moment the dynamic database generates an option valid at the moment of inquiry, corresponding to the actual situation pertaining to the options available to facilitate oak planting.
2.4 Presentation of facilitate oak planting options at the client’s request on the oakplanet.org web site is the agency’s offer and client’s payment for one or another facilitate oak planting option represents the client’s acceptance to conclude an sponsorship agreement with the Association. From the moment of donations payment according to the offer selected by the client the sponsorship agreement between the client and the Association are considered concluded. The itinerary receipt, sent to the email address, provided by the client when selecting and donations paying, represents a passing document, confirming the fact of conclusion of the sponsorship agreement.
2.5 Donating through our website the client enters into direct (binding) contractual relations with the Association as regards of facilitate oak planting.
2.6 Upon donations payment by the client through the system of payment collection, maintained by the website oakplanet.org, the information on participation in the oak planting project is directed to a Site data system (Global Oaks Database) for permanent storage. Removal of information is possible only at the request of the participant or competent organizations and institutions.
2.7 The client receives an itinerary receipt to the provided email. The said itinerary receipt provides all information about donation.
3 Donations
3.1 Upon the inquiry, completed by the client in the search form of the website, the site displays all options of facilitate oak planting accessible at the time of inquiry.
3.2 donation amount for each option is final and no additional payments are required.
3.3 Please pay attention to the fact that for some tariffs or special offers no annulments or changes may be made. Additionally, brief information on tariff rules is obligatorily provided in the itinerary receipt, received by the client at his email address. If you need to clarify any information – contact the Associations representative.
3.4 Paying for an donation means that you are acquainted with all tariff conditions and accept them.
4 Confidentiality
4.1 The Association maintains high ethical standards, your interests and you personal data confidentiality. Except for cases, required and provided by the effective legislation, we shall not provide any of your personal data to third parties without your consent.
5 Procedure of payment for air tickets with a bank card
5.1 Order form. The client fills in the order form with the necessary option of facilitate oak planting and selects the manner of payment for it with a bank card.
5.2 Payment form. The oakplanet.org website redirects the client to the secure processing center payment form https://flutterwave.com/, connected to the closed networks of Visa, MasterCard etc.
5.3 After the money reach the current account of the Association, the system or a representative of the Association makes changes to the data about donations on the website and informs the client that the order was successfully paid.

6 Procedure of payment through wire transfer to the Association’s current
6.1 Order form. The client fills in the order form with the necessary option of facilitate oak planting and selects the manner of payment via wire transfer to the bank account of the Agency.
6.2 Payment form. An invoice is sent to the email address indicated by the client, providing the code/telephone number, donation amount. The fact of payment and the payment document data are brought by the client to the knowledge of the Associations representative, who had sent the invoice.
6.3 After the money reach the current account of the Association, the system or a representative of the Association makes changes to the data about donations on the website and informs the client that the order was successfully paid.
7 Procedure of payment in cash in banks
7.1 Order form. The client fills in the order form with the necessary option of facilitate oak planting and selects the manner of payment via wire transfer to the bank account of the Agency.
7.2 Payment form. An invoice is sent to the email address indicated by the client, providing the code/telephone number, donation amount. The fact of payment and the payment document data are brought by the client to the knowledge of the Associations representative, who had sent the invoice.
7.3 After the money reach the current account of the Association, the system or a representative of the Association makes changes to the data about donations on the website and informs the client that the order was successfully paid.
8 Order annulment procedure
8.1 When you donate through the Associations website (oakplanet.org), you accept and consent to the procedure of annulment of donations.
8.2 The general provisions of all aforementioned rules are displayed on our website, or the website contains links to third party websites, whose rules, apply to the service purchased through our website. Likewise, during order completion, the Associations website pages display information on the rules of each proposal.
8.3 Electronic reservation confirmation (receipt) also contains the rules pertaining to your donation.
8.4 Please pay attention that for some tariffs and special offers no annulments and changes may be made. We recommend you to study carefully the tariff description and special rules before you make a donation.
8.5 If you want to change or annul your donation, look at the electronic confirmation and follow the instructions provided in it.
9.6 Before you make the donation, read this Regulation. You may address all the questions that you buy to the Associations representative at the following telephone number +373 69733788 before you donate.
8.7 Paying a donation means that you are acquainted with the rules.
8.8 The donation can be canceled before the initiation of the project for which it was made (within no more than 3 working days from the date of payment). After the start of the project, donations cannot be returned to participants.
9 Communication
9.1 By filling out an application / form for participation in the project, you accept to receive at least: 1. an electronic message, which will contain information about your participation, and 2. telephone calls, if necessary to clarify payment details or bring to you urgent and important information, pertaining to the participation in oakplanet.org projects.
9.2 Except for the electronic confirmation and aforementioned telephone calls we shall not call you and shall not later send you notifications, emails and messages (required or not required), and shall not call you, unless it is necessary or unless you specially consent to it.
10 Liability
10.1 Hereinafter, we inform you of certain liability aspects additional to the ones provided in the Sponsorship agreement.
10.2 According to the limitations, set in this Regulation, the Association is liable only for direct damages, actually caused or as a consequence of actual non-performance of our obligations when we provide participation in projects of oakplanet.org
10.3 Our Association shall not be liable in the following cases without limitation:
10.3.1 For any impreciseness, pertaining to descriptive information, displayed on the website oakplanet.org..
10.3.2 In case of inaccurate provision of participant personal data and / or details by the participation in the projects oakplanet.org.
10.3.3 In case of use for donations payment through our website of an invalid or compromised bank card upon submission of damage compensation claims and requests by the card owner. In this case the whole liability shall be incurred by the participant, who received site`s offers, including for compensation of damages suffered by the Association as a result of such a transaction.
10.3.4 For services and products, provided by third parties
10.3.5 For any defects, losses or damages, suffered or paid by you and appeared in connection or as a result of use, impossibility to use or interruptions of operation of our website.
10.3.6 For any injury, decease, damage to property or other damages, losses or defects, suffered as a result of (legislative) acts, errors, violations, (gross) negligence, intentional illegal actions, mistakes, non-performance, misinterpretation, non-performance of civil liability or direct obligations (fully or partially) by third parties, including any annulment, strike, force major events or other uncontrolled events, connected to the participation in projects oakplanet.org
11 Other provisions
11.1 If not agreed otherwise, the information and software, necessary for provision of our services and used on our website and respectively the copyrights and patrimonial rights in them, as intellectual property, are owned by the Association or its suppliers.
11.2 This Regulation and the provision of our services are regulated by the effective legislation of the Republic of Moldova .
11.3 All disputes, arising in connection with this Regulation and the sponsorship agreement, shall be solved in negotiations or in the courts of the Republic of Moldova, if the Association does not instruct otherwise.
16. oakplanet.org is functioning in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. The Associations Head Office is located in str. Livezilor 22-6, Ciorescu, Chisinau, MD-2089, Republic of Moldova. The Association was registered on 11.03.2020, IDNO (company identification number) – 1020620003181.
